Terms of Service
Last updated 9 October 2026
1. Who we are
PurgeKit is made by AzimuthForge LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@purgekit.example. By using PurgeKit you agree to these terms.
2. Who sells PurgeKit
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
3. Your account
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that email safe — anyone who can read it can sign in. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription.
4. Free trial
New users get one free trial of 7 days or 5 GB removed, whichever comes first. No card is needed. One trial is available per person and per Mac. Removals during the trial need an internet connection so they can be counted.
5. Subscriptions and renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change takes effect.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Account → Manage subscription, or from the link in your Paddle receipt. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See our refund policy.
7. How many Macs
Each plan covers a set number of Macs: Solo 1 Mac, Family 3 Macs, Team 10 Macs. You can sign out a Mac to move your subscription to another one, up to 3 times per calendar month.
8. Using PurgeKit responsibly
PurgeKit moves cleaned caches to its Restore Bin for 7 days and your own files to the Trash, so most removals can be undone. You are responsible for reviewing what you remove and for keeping backups of important data. You may not resell PurgeKit, share your account, or try to get around the trial, subscription or Mac limits.
9. AI Advisor
The AI Advisor is optional and uses a provider you choose (Ollama on your Mac, your Claude Code account, or your own API key). Your use of that provider is also governed by its terms. AI answers can be wrong; check before you act.
10. Disclaimer
PurgeKit is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise it will be error-free or suit every purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to PurgeKit is limited to the amount you paid for PurgeKit in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
12. Ending your access
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using PurgeKit and ask us to delete your account at any time.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
